About the Role

In this role, you'll provide assistance with everyday living, skills building, personal care, transport, and community access — working with participants and their families to develop programs that help them remain as independent as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Person-centred support with daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing
• Assisting clients with community access, social participation, and meaningful engagement
• Supporting participants with personal care where required, with sensitivity and full respect
• Monitoring client wellbeing and responding calmly and appropriately to situations
• Accurate documentation and communication with the care team
• Following GoodCare policies, safeguarding procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards

Requirements

• Valid Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Working With Children Check — WWCC (if applicable)
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Calm problem-solving under pressure
• Compassionate, empathetic & patient approach
• Reliability, professionalism & strong work ethic
